摘要
研究了美军的自动测试系统现代化升级改造历程及成果,总结了美军下一代自动测试系统的框架结构和相关标准,阐明了下一代自动测试系统的发展方向,对于国内下一代军用自动测试系统的开发具有十分重要的意义。
The modernization upgrade process and achievements of the American military automatic test system（ ATS） are researched in this paper. The architecture and standards of American military next generation ATS are summarized. The development of next generation ATS is also given. It is very significant for the development of domestic next generation military ATS.
