更新鼻胆管固定方法提高患者非计划性拔管的依从性

Updating the fixation method of nasobiliary drainage to improve compliance of patients of unscheduled decannulation

目的:探讨更新鼻胆管固定方法可有效降低患者非计划性拔管率,提高患者非计划性拔管依从性的临床意义。方法:按入院先后顺序将512例放置鼻胆管患者分为对照组256例和实验组256例。对照组采用常规鼻胆管固定法;实验组采用自制鼻胆管固定带,更新鼻胆管固定法。然后将两组患者的固定效果,舒适度反应,以及对护理工作满意程度进行比较。结果:鼻胆管固定效果在实验组的患者较对照组患者明显改善(P=0.006,P=0.025);实验组的患者舒适度反应明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,而且实验组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P=0.005);结论:自制鼻胆管固定带的固定方法优于常规鼻胆管的固定法,从而提高了患者的依从性。

Objective： Investigate the clinical significance of updating the fixation method of nasobiliary drainage to decrease unscheduled decannulation rate,which improve compliance of patients of unscheduled decannulation. Methods： 512 cases of patients placed nasobiliary drainage were divided into control group of 256 cases and experimental group of 256 cases. Control group patients were fixed nasobiliary drainage by traditional method,updating the fixation method with self-regulating fixing band of nasobiliary drainage in experimental group. Then the fixing effect,the reaction of comfort and the satisfaction of nursing work were compared in these two group patients. Results： The fixing effect of nasobiliary drainage in experimental group patients were significantly improved compared to control group patients（ P = 0. 006,P = 0. 025）; the reaction of comfort in experimental group patients also better than control group patients,the differences was statistically significant; the satisfaction of nursing work was significantly higher in experimental group patients than control group patients（ P = 0. 005）. Conclusion： The fixation method with self-regulating fixing band of nasobiliary drainage was better than traditional ways,which improved the compliance of patients.
