Na^+,K^+-ATPase α_1亚单位表达的研究进展

摘要 Na^+,K^+-ATPase不仅具有离子泵功能还有信号转导功能,α_1亚单位被认为是维持细胞形态、钠离子浓度梯度和渗透平衡的持家基因,Na^+,K^+-ATPase α_1与细胞外强心甾类固醇结合后与细胞内的激酶相互作用,激起细胞内信号转导的级联反应,从而发生相应的生理病理变化,现就Na^+,K^+-ATPase α_1亚单位表达对细胞的影响作一综述。 Objective: Na+,K+-ATPase has not only ion pump function but also a function of signaling transduction as well.Alphal 1 isoforms is considered as housekeeping gene of maintaining Na ion concentration gradient,cell morphology and osmotic balance. Na+,K+-ATPase α1 isoforms interacts with different intracellular kinase that subsequently evoke different signal transduction cascades by combing with extracellar cardiac steroids and occur to corresponding physiological and pathological changes. Now the authors will make a review of the research progress in influence of Na+,K+-ATP α1 isoforms expression on cell.
