摘要
福建某低品位石英脉型钨矿石WO_30.14%,钨矿物主要为黑钨矿和白钨矿,两者比例约3∶1,含钨矿物主要有金红石、褐铁矿和硬锰矿,其中含钨金红石的发现属首例。矿石中的黑钨矿大多呈板状嵌布在石英脉中,大多数白钨矿为交代黑钨矿生成,与黑钨矿紧密连生。钨矿物的嵌布粒度较粗,黑钨矿和白钨矿主要粒度范围分别为0.02~1.28 mm和0.02~0.64 mm,均属重选易选粒级;钨矿物的解离性佳,在磨矿细度-0.5 mm占91.85%时,解离度达76%左右。赋存状态研究表明矿石中的钨主要赋存在黑钨矿和白钨矿中,重选回收黑钨矿和白钨矿,钨的最高回收率达90%。
The WO_3 grade of a low-grade tungsten ore in Fujian is 0.14.The major minerals are wolframite and scheelite,with a proportion of 3 to 1.Main minerals containing tungsten are rutile,limonite and psilomelane.Wolframite,which is distributed in quartz vein with plate-type,is observed to associate with scheelite,which are produced from replacing the wolframite.The dissemination size of tungsten minerals is coarse,with scheelite and wolframite mainly in 0.02 ~1.28 mm and 0.02 ~0.64 mm,which is beneficial for gravity separation.The liberation degree of tungsten minerals is about 76 % at the grinding fineness of-0.5 mm occuping 91.85 %.The study on occurrence state of tungsten indicate that tungsten mainly exists as wolframinte and scheelite.The theoretical recovery is about 90 % by applying gravity concentration.
