不同规格中频炉对钼制品质量的影响

Effect of Mediate Frequency Furnace of Different Sizes on the Quality of Molybdenum Products

摘要 针对生产中使用不同规格的中频炉设备烧结直径90 mm纯钼棒和直径90 mm掺镧钼棒出现产品质量波动问题,研究650型和850型中频感应炉烧结钼压坯,采用不同的烧结工艺进行对比试验。结果表明:直径90 mm纯钼棒在两种中频炉内烧结容易出现氧含量超标问题,中频炉尺寸越大,装炉量越多,氧含量超标越严重,通过调整炉内氢气流量,可以有效降低氧含量;直径90 mm掺镧钼棒在650型中频炉内则主要表现为小晶粒组织,而在850型中频炉内烧结主要表现为大晶粒组织,且容易出现环晶缺陷,通过放慢升温速度,延长保温时间,并提高氢气流量,可以有效地减少环晶缺陷的产生。 There are some quality problems when sintering 90 mm pure Mo-rods and 90 mm lanthanum doped Mo-rods by medium frequency furnaces of different sizes.The sintering process of 650 and 850 mediate frequency furnaces were adjusted.The results showed that:the oxygen content increased when 90 mm pure Mo-rods were sintered at different sized furnaces.The size of medium frequency furnace is larger under increased amount of Morods and oxygen content.But the oxygen content can be effectively reduced by adjusting the hydrogen flow rate in the furnace.In addition,90 mm lanthanum doped Mo-rods in 650 mediate frequency furnace are mainly demonstrated as small grains.However,in 850 mediate frequency furnace it is observed as larger grains,and easy to appear ring crystal defect.By slowing down the heating rate,prolonging the holding time and increasing the hydrogen flow rate,it can effectively be reduced.
