摘要
介绍了管制负荷模型以及空域安全评估方法,为了使负荷阈值的确定更具理论性,给出了管制负荷与空域安全水平预测关系。最后以上海某区域扇区为例,对该预测关系进行了分析和验证,从而为负荷阈值确定提供辅助决策。
The controller workload model and the airspace safety assessment method are introduced.To make the workload threshold determination more theoretical,the relationship forecast between the controller workload and the airspace safety is proposed.Wiht the example of a regional sector in Shanghai,the relationship forecast is analyzed and proved.Thus,it can provide an auxiliary decision for the workload threshold determination.
