对国内外高校开放教学资源的对比分析——以水利与海洋相关课程为例

Comparative Analysis of Open Teaching Resources in Natioal and Abroad Universities——Taking Water Resources and Marine Related Courses as an Example

开放教学资源正成为教育发展的趋势,越来越多的国内外高校开设了网络教学平台。美国麻省理工学院是开放课程的先导者,文章以麻省理工学院的水利与海洋相关课程为例,同时介绍了河海大学、荷兰代尔夫特理工大学、台湾成功大学的水利与海洋相关课程开放资源的课程设置和发展状况,指出我国高校开放课程发展过程中存在的问题,为今后的发展提供借鉴。

Opening the teaching resources has become the trend of the development of the education,and more and more national and abroad universities have set up network teaching platform. Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a pioneer of opening courses. In this paper,we take water resources and marine related courses of Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an example,and describe the development and curriculum about the water conservancy and marine- related opening resources in other three universities named Hohai University,the Dutch Delft University of Technology and Science and Taiwan Chenggong University,which also points out that the development problems existed in the process of openig courses in Chinese universities provides the references for the future development.
