摘要
随着智能电网的推广建设,智能变电站已成为变电站的主要发展方向。智能变电站采用电子式互感器、合并单元、智能终端等设备来实现过程层采样、跳闸及信号的数字化。由此,智能变电站中的保护、测量、控制等功能需要多类装置在数据同步的基础上完成。智能变电站采用DL/T860通信规约,实现了全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化,支持智能化的一次设备和网络化的二次设备,能实现各厂家设备间的互操作和信息共享,能用网络实现跳合闸、联闭锁功能,因此其时间同步系统要求远高于传统变电站。
With the smart grid constructing, intelligent substation had become the main direction of transformer substation. Intelligent substation used electronic transformer, merging unit and intelligent terminal equipment to digitized layer sampling, tripping and the signal. The protection, measurement, control and other functions in intelligent substation needed more devices on the basis of the data synchronization to complete. DL/T860 communication protocols were adopted in the intelligent substation, which achieved total station digital information communication network and standardization of information sharing, supported the intelligent primary equipment and the networked secondary equipment, realized the interoperability between the device and information sharing, and could use network to switch and lock function, so the time synchronization system requirements were much higher than traditional substation.
