摘要
随着传统供暖方式矛盾日益突出,电采暖供暖技术的研究受到越来越多人的重视。文中对一种蓄热式电取暖设备进行了研究,详细介绍了其工作原理及其优缺点,并针对现存问题对加热棒导电发热材料进行了成分分析。分析讨论了加热棒产生裂纹、开裂等问题的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。
As the contradiction of traditional heating manners increases, the research focusing on electric heating technology has been given more and more attentions. In this work, a regenerative electric heating equipment was studied, the working principle and the advantages and disadvantages were introduced detailedly. Material composition was analyzed on the conductive powder of heating rod against the existing problems. The reasons of the generation of cracks in heating rod were discussed and the improving measures on properties of heating rod were proposed.
