摘要 随着阀控密封铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)在汽车电动行业、通信行业以及储能系统等领域的不断应用,相应地对其提出在高温条件下正常使用且不缩短寿命的要求。本文立足于VRLA蓄电池的工作原理以及AGM隔板在电池中的作用,分析高温环境下电池失效原因,进而阐述了AGM隔板性能对电池的影响,通过改善AGM隔板性能,达到改善电池性能的目的,使其在高温环境中能正常工作。 The application of VRLA battery has been widened in many industries, such as electric vehicles, commu- nication and energy storage, which gives rise to the demand that VRLA battery can fully function at high temperature without shortening life time. This research was based on the working principle of VRLA battery and function of AGM separator. The reason of battery failure at high temperature and the effects of AGM separator properties on the func- tion of VRLA battery were analyzed. The conclusion was that the performance of VRLA battery at high temperature can be improved by improving the AGM separator properies
