从市场、政策、融资渠道和运营模式等方面对国内外养老地产的发展现状进行了对比分析,阐述了成都发展养老地产的必要性,并从政府政策、融资方式和渠道、运营模式等方面提出了发展成都养老地产的相关建议。

This paper compares the elderly-oriented real estate of China with that of the other countries from the market,policy,financing channels,operation mode and other aspects.Then,it expounds the necessity of developing the elderly-oriented real estate in Chengdu and offers some proposals about it from the aspects of government policy,financing mode and channel,operation mode and so on.
