清洁生产审核对印染行业节能减排的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Cleaner Production Audit to Energy Saving and Pollution Emission Reduction In Dyeing and Printing Industry

文中结合十年的清洁生产审核工作经验,以具体案例入手探讨和归纳清洁生产审核在印染行业节能减排上的应用。笔者认为要想利用清洁生产审核实现印染行业的节能减排,需要做到结合印染行业和审核企业实际情况,针对清洁生产审核中发现的实际问题,对应实施相应的节能减排方案,采用科学合理的技术方法,审核企业积极参与,这些因素缺一不可。

In this paper, combined with the author~ past ten years of cleaner production audit work experience, the author attempts to discuss and summarize the application of cleaner production audit to energy saving and pollution emission reduction in dyeing and printing industry. The author thinks to use cleaner production audit realize energy saving and emission reduction in dyeing and printing industry, needs to achieve the combination of printing and dyeing industry and audit the actual situation of enterprises, aiming at the practical problems found in the cleaner production audit, corresponding to the implementation of energy - saving and emission reduction schemes, using scientific and reasonable technique method and audit enterprises to actively participate in, these factors are indispensable.
