摘要
介绍了280柴油机铸态主轴承盖的研制。重点描叙了铸态主轴承盖的方案设计、检测和验证过程。验证结果表明:通过化学成分的调整、选择合适的球化剂和孕育剂,可以生产出满足柴油机设计要求的280柴油机铸态主轴承盖,取代正火热处理生产的280柴油机主轴承盖。
This paper introduces the development of the as-cast main bearing cap for 280 diesel engines,mainly including the conceptual design,inspect and validation process.The verification results show that by adjusting the chemical composition and choosing the proper nodularizer and inoculant,we can produce the as-cast main bearing cap which can meet the design requirements of 280 diesel engines and can replace the main bearing cap produced by using normalizing treatment.
