Development of HX_D3D Electric Locomotive Standard Operating Procedure Simulation Training System

介绍了基于虚拟现实技术的纯软件机车标准化作业程序模拟演练系统的研制过程及使用效果,系统针对HX_D3D型电力机车的一般操纵方法和机车检查标准化作业程序开发了学习、练习和考试模块,使机车乘务员可以在三维仿真的驾驶环境下进行反复的学习演练,从而达到熟悉机车操纵流程和机车检查标准化作业程序的目的。系统于2015年1月研制完成,经过现场试用证明其具有安装成本低、可大批量安装、单次培训人员多、培训方式灵活、拥有自主知识产权、便于修改完善等优点,可作为机车驾驶模拟操作台的有效补充。

This paper introduce the development process and effect of the locomotive standard operating procedure simulation training system based on virtual reality technology.Aiming at the general operating method and inspection standard operation procedure of HX_D3D electric locomotive,the learning,practice and examination modules are developed.Locomotive crew can make learning exercises repeatedly in 3D simulation driving environment,and then can be familiar with the locomotive operation process and locomotive inspection standardized operation procedures.The system finished in January 2015.Through field trial,it is proved that it has many advantages such as low installation cost,large quantities of installation,large numbers of personnel in single training,flexible training mode,independent intellectual property rights and easy to modify and improve.It can be effective supplement of the locomotive driving simulation console.
