摘要
分析回波损耗产生的原理,从回波损耗的定义,产生的原因及计算表达式3方面进行了介绍.然后使用Fluke DTX 1800测试仪对产生特殊电缆试验不通过的故障进行定位查找,找到故障点为线缆的终端即连接器接线位置,进而对连接器接线工艺方法进行改进,制订了检查判定和重新制作连接器接线的标准,最后从数据上对比改进前和改进后的驻波比值,说明此方法的正确性,找出了一种修复三级修车辆问题特殊电缆的一种合理方式。
This paper introduces the principle of the return loss including the definition,cause and calculation expression,uses FLUKE DTX 1800 tester to find that the fault location of special cable test no pass is the cable terminal(i.e.the connector position),improves the wiring connector process,and establishes the standard of examination judgment and recreating the connector connection.By contrasting the standing-wave ratio data before and after the improvement,the correction of this method is verified,so a rational way to repair three-level maintenance's special problematic cable is found.
