摘要
以载运大比重液货近海供应船为研究对象,采用直接计算对其双层底开孔结构强度进行分析,以验证是否能同时满足CCS《钢规》和IBC Code中对双层底开孔尺度的不同要求。经有限元建模直接计算校核,结合规范条文,得出满足船舶结构强度要求且适度的开孔尺度,整个过程可供设计和审图人员参考。
Taking the offshore supply vessel for high density liquid transportation as the research object, the structural strength of its double bottom openings is analyzed based on direct calculation, so as to check whether it will meet the different requirements specified in the CCS Steel Rules and IBC Code regarding the double bottom opening dimensions. Through finite element modeling and direct calculation check, the proper opening dimensions in compliance meet hull structural strength requirements are obtained based on regulations. The whole process can be referred by designers and plan approvers.
