目前尚无海洋船舶(平台)下水牵引力的标准计算方法或规范,导致在计算时考虑因素不充分,选用的绞车拉力不够,出现牵引不顺畅,船舶不能顺利下水。通过对海洋船舶及海洋平台下水计算牵引力相关的诸多因素分析及选用合理的计算方法,为正确选用牵引设备提供依据。

There is no standard calculation method or rules regarding the traction for launching of ocean-going ships or platforms up till now, which may lead to insufficient consideration of influencing factors in calculation, or the winches to be used having insufficient pulling force, or unsmooth ship launching due to poor traction and so on. Through analyzing various influencing factors concerning traction calculation for the launching of ocean-going vessels and platforms, and through application of proper calculation methods, this paper will provide basis for correct selection of traction equipment.
