摘要 张力腿式平台是一种典型的浮式平台,在制造、安装、应用方面有很大的优势。张力腿式平台在平地整体建造(上船体与下部结构完整合拢)后下水是全新的建造方法,通过对不同的上船体合拢方案的研究,分析了不同合拢方案的建造成本和建造难度。对比了不同建造技术方案的优缺点,对于张力腿式平台的小批量建造,采用大型履带吊进行合拢是一种较经济的选择。综合考虑张力腿式平台采用上船体与下部结构合拢后下水的实际情况,给出了两种拖移方案。研究表明:张力腿式平台在平地建造后拖移下水的技术方案完全可行,并为拓展平台建造方法、降低建造成本、满足平台小批量建造要求提供参考。 Tension leg platform is a typical floating platform which has great advantages in construction, installation and application. The integral construction of tension leg platform (with upper hull and lower structures completely joined) on the ground before launching is a brand new construction method. This paper analyzes the construction costs and difficulties of several joining schemes based on the study of various upper hull joining schemes. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different construction techniques, the paper points out that large crawler crane for joining is relatively an economical choice for small amount construction. Two towing schemes are proposed based on a comprehensive consideration of the actual situation that the platform is launched after upper hull and lower structure joined on the ground. The study shows that the technical scheme for towing the tension leg platform into water after the whole construction on the ground is feasible. It may provide some reference for the further development of platform construction methods, lowering construction cost, and meeting the requirements of small amount of platform construction.
