摘要
结合生产实践,通过现场试验研究了结晶器保护黏度、碱度与结晶器热流密度的关系。结果表明:对浇铸Q235系列钢种,选用碱度为1.30、黏度为0.132Pa·s的保护渣,可使纵裂率降至0.9%。
The relationship of the viscosity, basicity and the heat flux density of mold is studied through on- site experimental in combination with the production practice. Results show that in casting the Q235 steel, the occurrence rate of the longitudinal cracking can be reached 0.90% if the basicity and viscosity is 1.30 and 1.32 P.
