摘要
结合不同成分的玻璃润滑剂在挤压钛合金U形、F形、L形等型材上的应用展开分析,指出在选择玻璃润滑时,应从涂覆层厚度、玻璃垫厚度、瞬融速度、高温黏度、玻璃粉与添加剂及水的配比等因素考虑,并强调应加强有限元数值模拟在钛合金型材挤压过程中的应用。
The paper mainly introduces glass lubricants with different compositions in squeezing of titanium alloy U, F,L- shaped for analysis, and it puts forward that while selecting glass lubrication, there are factors should be considered such as the thickness of coating layer and glass mat, the instantaneous melting speed, the high temperature viscosity and glass powder with additives and the ratio of water, as well as strengthening the application of finite element numerical simulation in squeezing process of titanium alloy profile.
