摘要
针对长钢1080m3高炉低耗生产面临的主要问题,总结其低耗生产的主要技术措施。生产实践表明:在炉况稳定顺行的基础上,采取优化炉料结构、提高高炉煤气利用率、调整煤气流分布、提高高炉标准化操作水平等措施,实现了高炉低耗生产的目的。
Aiming at the main problems of 1 080 m3 BF low consumption production, this paper summarizes the main technical measures of low consumption production. Production practice shows that on the basis of stable and smooth furnace condition, through optimizing burden structure, improving the utilization ratio of blast furnace gas, adjusting the gas flow distribution, improving the blast furnace standardized operating level, the purpose of blast furnace low consumption production is achieved.
