摘要
以我国南部某矿井在冶金水处理工艺中应用双流双速过滤器为例,详细介绍双流双速过滤器及其工作原理,并对其技术特点进行分析。将其应用到冶金水处理工艺中与原有工艺对比发现,不仅可有效解决整个循环系统中存在的水质超标问题,还可提升钢厂水循环利用率。
Taking the application of double- flow and double- speed filter in metallurgical water treatment technology in a mine of southern China as an example, double- flow and double- speed filter and its working principle are introduced in detail, and its technical characteristics are analyzed. Compared with the original technology, it is found that the water quality of the whole circulation system can not only be solved effectively, but also the water cycle utilization rate of the steel plant can be promoted.
