Study on Reason Analysis of Transit Time Extension in Wuhan North Marshalling Station and Its Countermeasures

在分析2015年武汉北编组站货车中转时间完成情况的基础上,分析武汉北编组站中时延长的主要原因是运输组织水平影响、车流到达不均衡影响、站场设备条件影响、调车机车运用效率影响等方面。在此基础上,提出提高运输组织水平、优化密集到达阶段组织、改善站场设备条件、强化联劳考核、加快新机车的配备等方面的对策,为武汉北编组站压缩中时提供参考。

Based on analyzing the completion status of freight train transit time in Wuhan North Marshalling Station in 2015, this paper analyzes the main reasons of transit time extension in the marshalling station, which including influence of transport organization level, unbalanced vehicle stream arriving, equipment conditions in station yard and influence of utilization efficiency of shunting locomotive. Based on the above-mentioned, this paper puts forward those countermeasures, such as increasing transport organization level, optimizing the organization in frequent arrival stage, improving equipment conditions in station yard, strengthening labor associated assessment and accelerating configuration of new locomotives, so as to provide the reference for shortening transit time in Wuhan North Marshalling Station.
