《茶叶审评与检验实验》教学软件的设计与应用

On Design and Application for Teaching Software of Experiments of Tea Sensory Evaluation and Testing

根据《茶叶审评与检验实验》课程的教学体系、教学内容及教学改革的需要,设计开发了基于JQuery EasyUI和Microsoft AJAX的Web茶叶感官审评辅助实验教学系统.阐述了该系统的开发理念、基本框架、软件内容及其功能模块;展示了该系统在茶叶审评实验课程教学过程中的应用及其效果.本软件系统包括品茶计划、品茶参数、品茶结果、结果查看4个功能模块,用户能够通过智能移动终端进行访问和人机对话.使用结果表明,该软件系统界面清新友好、操作简单易懂,并可根据实际需要进行功能扩充,为茶叶审评与检验实验的高效学习和掌握提供了便利,效果良好.

Based on the needs for teaching system,teaching contents and teaching reform in Experiments of Tea Sensory Evaluation and Testing course,the developing ideas of online operation system,basic frame,software content and its function modules tea sensory evaluation have been explored in this paper,and the benefits which the system could bring to teachers and studentsanalyzed,and the good effects of this software applied in course teachingshowed.This software was built on the web user interface of JQuery EasyUI and Microsoft AJAX to realize man-machine interaction by smart mobile devices.The software is easy to operate with a fresh friendly user interface and complementary functions can be added to it according to specific needs.It will help students to acquire Experiments of Tea Sensory Evaluation and Testing more efficiently and comprehensively.
