趋避动机研究及其对教育的启示

摘要 趋避动机是由个体对积极、消极刺激的敏感性感受不同而产生的一种行为动力,其主要理论是强化敏感理论,并可由BIS/BAS量表和ATQ量表进行心理测量。趋避动机与教师、学生的心理健康密切相关。如果趋避动机的调节失衡,会产生各种心理不适甚至心理疾病。趋避动机研究对教育的启示有改变个人消极认知,积极归因;获得成功体验,适时进行激励;调动师生的进取心,重视心理健康教育等,其主要目标是使教师和学生趋近积极事件,回避消极事件。未来关于趋避动机的研究仍可进一步完善。
