硬膜下腔的解剖与临床
The anatomy of subdural space and its clinical application
摘要
硬膜下腔的概念在人们心中早已根深蒂固。作为经典的解剖学术语，硬膜下腔被理所当然地认为是一个天然存在的腔隙，而在仔细探究其研究历史后却不难发现，硬膜下腔的描述已经从刚开始的含有少量液体物质的天然腔隙，悄悄演变成了由创伤、病理过程等造成的获得性腔隙。但即便如此，仍有较多学者相信有天然硬膜下腔的存在。实际上，天然硬膜下腔存在与否至今尚无定论。
