摘要
为实现木材缺陷的自动、高效检测,提高木材利用率,应用自主研发的CT设备扫描原木木段横切面,并重建其二维图像和三切面视图。结果表明:通过二维图像可观察横切面年轮、节子和裂纹等信息;结合三视图和透视图可精确定位缺陷位置。为无损检测木材内部结构特征,及木材分等提供依据。
The authors developed nondestructive testing equipment to automatically and efficiently determine log defects for better wood utilization. It is based on computed tomography (CT) technology which can reconstruct a two-dimensional image and a three-section image of wood by scanning wood cross sections. The images provided by the equipment clearly and accurately show the positions of annual rings, knots and cracks in the wood. Based on these CT scans, these internal structural features can be used for nondestructive testing and for timber classification.
