热处理纤维化杨木单板条制造重组材的性能

摘要 基于传统重组木和重组竹的制备技术,利用中小径级速生杨木,开发一种以热处理的纤维化杨木单板条制备重组材的工艺,并检测重组材的物理力学性能。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,重组材的吸水性及吸水厚度膨胀率明显降低,静曲强度和弹性模量略降,硬度呈现微增。 The authors developed a new kind of scrimber made with heat-treated crushed poplar strips. Properties of the scrimber were tested. The results showed that after heat treatment, the amount of free hydroxyl in the strips was reduced due to partial decomposition of hemi-cellulose. Water absorption, thickness swelling, modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity of the scrimber all decreased significantly but hardness increased slightly.
