基于供给侧改革的自贸试验区制度创新机制研究

Research on New Innovation Mechanism of China Pilot Free Trade Zone based on Supply-side Reform

2015年年底召开的中央经济工作会议,强调要着力推进供给侧结构性改革,推动经济持续健康发展,自贸试验区作为我国改革开放的先行地,承载着众多使命。文中从供给侧改革角度出发,以新制度经济学理论作为分析框架,研究了我国自贸试验区在制度创新管理机制方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的可行性改善建议和对策措施。

The central economic work conference was held at the end of last year, which stressed on the supply-side reform promotion for healthy sustainable economic development. As a pioneer test area of reforming and opening of China, FTA area is carrying a large number of missions. Basing on the analytical framework of new institutional economics theory, the main problems of institutional innovation management mechanism during the development of Chinese free trade zones were studied, the corresponding proposals and the countermeasures were advised at the same time from the perspective of supply side reform.
