摘要
简单介绍贵冶二系统回转式阳极炉精炼工序,燃料以及燃烧方式。重油作为阳极炉的主燃料,在工序总成本所占比例最大,降低吨铜油耗,实现降本增效的同时,也有利于低碳清洁生产。结合日常生产和相关指标分析,总结分析影响重油单耗的各种因素,结合实际生产,制定相关降低重油单耗的可行性措施,以及实施后取得的效果。
This paper introduces the rotary anode furnace refining process, fuel and combustion mode of No. 2 System at Guixi smelter. As the main fuel of anode furnace, heavy oil takes up the largest proportion of the total cost in the process. Reducing the tons of copper consumption, realize the authors efficiency at the same time, It is helpful for low carbon clean production by reducing the oil consumption, reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency. According to the daily production and relevant index analysis, this paper summarizes the various factors affecting the heavy oil consumption. The feasible measures of reducing heavy oil consumption have been implemented, and the effect of these measures have been analyzed.
