城市近郊农民进城定居意愿研究——基于生存适应能力视角

Research on Suburban Farmers' Willingness to Settle Town Based on Perspective of Their Viability and Adaptability

基于对南京市近郊农民的入户调查,从生存适应能力的视角考察了城市近郊农民的进城定居意愿,并运用二元Logistic模型对影响农民进城定居意愿的生存适应能力因素进行了实证检验。研究结果显示:超过一半被调查者愿意进城定居,其中,家庭收入高、宅基地面积小的农户,城镇生存能力更强,进城定居意向更强;年轻、对相关政策了解、女性群体适应城镇生活能力较强,进城定居意愿也更加强烈;而居住地离市区的距离则与进城定居意愿呈现显著负相关。最后,为促进农民进城定居、推进城镇化进程提出了对策建议。

Based on the field research conducted in Nanjing city,investigated suburban farmers＇ willingness to settle town from the perspective on the viability and the adaptability,and set up Logistic regression model to analyze what kind of factors were significant. The results showed that more than half of the respondents were willing to settle town,the farmers with high household income and small homestead area,and their ability to survive in town was stronger,they tend to settle down in town more. Younger,higher policy awareness and women had higher adaptability,they were more inclined to move to the city. The settle distance and the willingness of settle town showed significant negative correlation. Finally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions so as to promote farmers settle town and promote urbanization process.
