摘要
研究了汽车前照灯的光生物安全和测试方法。依据汽车照明光源的光谱组成和特点,确定了汽车前照灯光生物危害为视网膜热伤害、视网膜蓝光危害和眼睛的近紫外危害,波长范围320nm^1400nm,最大照射时间为36s;根据汽车前照灯的光强分布特点,确定了测试点、测试距离和测量视场。用2组6个HID和LED前照灯进行测试,实验结果表明,测试结果与理论估值相符合。上述方法和限值能较好地评判汽车前照灯的光生物安全。
Photobiological safety and test method of automobile headlamps were researched. On the basis of spectral composition and characteristics of automotive lighting,photobiological hazard of vehicle headlamp light is included the retina heat hazard,near ultraviolet ray hazard and retina blue hazard,in the condition of the wavelength range of 320 nm to 1400 nm and maximum exposure time of 36 s. According to the light intensity distribution characteristics of the vehicle headlamp,test point,measurement field of view and test distance are determined. With 2 groups of 6 HID and LED headlamps,experimental results show that the test results are consistent with the theoretical valuation. This methods and limits value can be used to better judge photobiological safety of the vehicle headlamp.
