中波紫外照射对茶树菇维生素D和钙元素的影响 被引量:1

摘要 中波紫外线照射茶树菇两个小时以后,茶树菇所含维生素D2以及钙含量会发生显著的变化。实验数据显示,未经过中波紫外线照射的茶树菇检测到维生素D2含量小于0.1μg/g,而经过中波紫外照射的茶树菇的维生素D2含量达9.2μg/g;照射前检测到的钙含量为299μg/g,在照射之后茶树菇含钙314μg/g。由此可以得出结论,中波紫外线处理在保持钙含量不剧烈波动的情况下,能明显提高茶树菇维生素D2的含量,经过照射的茶树菇为人体补充维生素D、同时补钙是可行的。这一研究成果蕴含巨大的应用价值和市场商机。 Irradiated by UVB for two hours and the changes of vitamin D and calcium in agrocybe cylindracea are studied. The results showed that vitamin D2 content in agrocybe cylindracea had been detected,which reached less than 0. 1 μg / g before irradiation and about 13. 5 μg / g after UVB irradiation. Calcium content in agrocybe cylindracea was 299μg / g before irradiation and about 314 μg / g after UVB irradiation. The above results show that vitamin D2 content in agrocybe cylindracea can be obviously improved by using UVB irradiation when the calcium content in agrocybe cylindracea is slightly smaller before irradiation than after irradiation. It is feasible that agrocybe cylindracea after irradiation could provid vitamin D and calcium for human. The results of our experiment show huge applications value and market opportunities.
