带侧基双键的不饱和聚酯聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

摘要 由衣康酸和1,4-丁二醇合成的不饱和聚酯二元醇——聚衣康酸丁二醇酯(PBI)作为软段,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段,合成不饱和聚酯聚氨酯,研究了反应时间、温度、催化剂对—NCO质量分数的影响以及原料比、引发剂、衣康酸含量对不饱和聚氨酯涂膜的影响。实验数据表明:TDI和PBI质量比为1∶1.5时,在温度为80℃,反应时间2h,DBTDL质量分数为1%,BPO质量分数为1%的条件下合成的不饱和聚酯聚氨酯成膜后光滑、透明、平整,硬度为6H、附着力等级为1级。 With itaconic acid(IA) and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as the raw materials,the resultant hydroxyl-terminated aliphatic unsaturated polyesters(PBI)were prepared.The unsaturated polyurethane was prepared with PBI as the soft segment and toluene diisocynate(TDI)as the hard segment.The effect of its reaction conditions on the mechanical properties of the unsaturated polyurethane was also investigated.It was found that the film products with the optimum properties were obtained under the material mass ratio of TDI and PBI 1∶1.5,the reaction temperature 80 ℃,optimum reaction time 2h,with dibutyltin dilaurate in an amount of 1% as the catalyst.Combining with benzoyl peroxide in an amount of 1%,as an initiator,the film of the unsaturated polyurethane was smooth,transparent and level.The hardness was 6H,and the adhesion property was A-grade.
