困境与突破:非物质文化遗产视角下洪洞通背缠拳的保护与发展

Dilemma and Breakthrough: From the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Development of the Hongtong Arm Punch Boxing

运用文献资料、专家访谈、田野调查等研究方法,对洪洞通背缠拳获批国家级第三批非物质文化遗产项目后的保护与发展问题进行了研究。认为:洪洞通背缠拳获批非物质文化遗产项目后,得到空前发展,同时也面临着申遗归属权划分错误、发展过于盲目、目标过高、存有门户派别之见、内部治理欠缺等困境。在此基础上,提出通过依法保护、门当户对、科学规划,有序发展、消除宗派思想,坚持继承与创新、成立实体机构,注重内涵发展等突破的手段与方法,进而为洪洞通背缠拳的可持续发展提供理论参考与实践指导。

By using the method of literature, expert interviews, field survey of the Hongtong Arm Punch Box- ing, the problems of protection and development become the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage project was studied. The result shows that the boxing as intangible cultural heritage, has been an unprecedented development, but also facing problems as development, the jurisdiction over mistakes, blind developing method and unreachable objectives, contrary views among different portal factions, lack of internal governance. On this basis, this paper puts forward： by law, equal protection, scientific planning, orderly development, eliminate sectarian ideology, adhere to the inheritance and innovation, the establishment of entities, the means and methods of teaching content as a breakthrough, to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the sustainable development of Hongdong and then back wrapped around boxing.
