少数民族地区护理实习生职业暴露的知信行现状及影响因素

The status quo and influencing factors of occupational exposure of nursing students in Minority Regions of Xinjiang

目的探讨护理实习生职业暴露的知识、信念、行为现状及其影响因素。方法选取2014年2月-2015年2月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院血管甲状腺外科临床实习10个月的护理实习生286名为调查对象,采用自行设计的知信行调查问卷对其进行问卷调查,并分析调查结果。结果 87.41%的临床护理实习生的职业暴露知识来自于临床带教老师。职业暴露相关知识标准分为(61.38±15.93)分,护理实习生相关知识得分为(24.15±7.32)分。职业暴露防护态度标准分为(90.27±12.63)分,护理实习生得分为(37.64±8.35)分。职业暴露行为总分为(30.46±2.76)分,标准分为(45.89±10.24)分。结论护理实习生缺乏相应的职业暴露知识,态度较为积极,但是行为表现不乐观。

Objective To investigate the occupational exposure of nursing interns in respect of knowledge,beliefs,behaviors and its influencing factors,thereby takingmeasures for reducing occupational exposure of nursing interns.Methods A total of 286 cases were enrolled in the department of vascular and thyroid surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of from February 2014 to February 2015,using self-designed questionnaire survey,and the results was analyzed.Results 87.41% occupational exposure of clinical nursing interns came from clinical teachers.Exposure of relevant knowledge was（61.38±15.93）,the relevant knowledge score of the nursing interns was（24.15±7.32）.Standard of occupational exposure protection was（90.27±12.63）,the score of the nursing interns was（37.64±8.35）.The total score of occupational exposure was（30.4±6.2）,and the standard score was（45.8±9.1）.Conclusion The nursing interns seem to lack the corresponding occupational exposure knowledge,the attitude seem to be positive but the behavior is not optimistic.
