摘要
通过对某高频电磁泵建立数学模型,利用SIMULINK进行仿真,分析其喷油特性,得到其在不同频率和占空比的电压信号下喷油的平均体积流量;并通过搭建的简易电磁泵喷油试验台进行试验验证,试验台以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,输出频率和占空比可调的PWM波来控制电磁泵喷油,验证了仿真的可靠性。最后根据对试验结果的分析,提出通过调节供电电源的占空比或频率,实现电磁泵喷油量的无级调节。
The mathematical model of high- frequency electromagnetic pump is established, then simu- lation and analysis the injection characteristics of the pump using SIMULINK,the average injection volume flow under the voltage signal of different frequency and duty ratio is obtained; To verify the reliability of the simulation, experimenting on the simple electromagnetic pump fuel injection test bench ,which with the STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core,to control the fuel injection of the electromagnetic pump with the output of PWM wave of different frequency and duty cycle. By comparison and analysis of the test results,it is proposed that the stepless regulation of fuel injection of electromagnetic pump can be realized by adjusting the duty ratio and frequency of power supply.
