摘要
对于波导裂缝阵列天线,天线单元的安装方式设计会影响天线阵面精度和最终电性能。本文提出了两种不同安装方式:一种是采用固定槽板和固定夹安装;另一种是采用固定角件安装。并详细分析了两种方式在安装精度和工艺流程方面的优缺点,以便能在工程实践中选用较为合适的安装方式。
Installation method design for the antenna unit of waveguide slot array antenna can affect the accuracy of the antenna surface and the final electrical performances. This paper presents two different methods of installation: installation by using fixed slot boards and retaining clips, installation with fixed corner pieces. The advantages and disadvantages of both methods in the areas of mounting accuracy and process are analyzed, to make it easier for selecting the more appropriate installation methoed in practice.
