摘要
本文分析10例新隐球菌性脑膜炎的临床特点,讨论其诊断和治疗。认为脑脊液涂片墨汁染色在早期诊断上具有较大意义。治疗宜首选两性霉素B合用5-氟胞嘧啶。
Cryptococcal meningitis is a relatively uncommon diseasee. l0 cases of such a disease were reported 7 of them were misdiagnosed at admission: 5 as tuberculosis meningitise 1 as viral meningitis, and the other one as brain occupying disease. 7 of them were treated with amp-hotericin B, and 3 were cured with a total dose more than 3000mg. It was suggested that India ink staining of CSF is of importance in the early diagnosis and amphotericin B combined 5-fluruotosin is the best choice in the treatment of the disease.
