摘要 为了评价一种基于初始磁导率的汽车转向节球化质量在线检测系统的可靠性,采用混合建模方法,通过对探头与试样之间的接触状况、试样材料、电路噪声等影响因素进行研究,得到接触状况和试样材料对检测结果的影响属于正态分布,电路噪声可以忽略。在此基础上,建立了检测模型,通过统计模拟方法得到系统的误概率小于0.46%,漏检概率小于0.31%,验证了该系统的可行性。 This paper aims to validate the reliability of online quality measuring system for car steering knuckle spheroidizing quality based on initial permeability and a serious of studies on influencing factors,such as the condition of contact between probe and sample,sample materials and circuit noise were carried out. The results show that the influence caused by contact condition and sample materials complied by normal distribution while the effect resulted by circuit noise were negligible. Therefore,this paper built the detection model based on the conclusion above and figured out that the error detection probability was less than 0. 46%and false detection probability was less than 0. 31%,which confirmed the feasibility of this system.
