摘要
处于科学分层体系顶端的科学精英是一种体制化安排,也是一种优质教育资源。科学精英常常成为年轻人追寻的对象,例如发生在1945年的"杨振宁寻找费米"事件。追寻精英实质上是一种个人发展策略的选择,其目的是为了师从精英,从而建构一种特殊的师生关系。年轻人跟随精英导师,可以极早地进入科学的前沿阵地,并接受一流的研究训练。师从精英的一个可能结果就是成为精英。这种由既有科学精英来培养未来科学精英的行为可以称之为研究生的另一种精英教育。
Scientific elites on the top gear of scientific hierarchy system is a kind systematized arrangement,and is also a kind of high quality educational resources. Scientific elites are often pursued by young people as role models as in the anecdote of Yangzhenning in search of Fermi in 1945. Pursuing and worshiping elites virtually is a personal development strategy and aims at taking elites as teachers,thereby establishing a special relation between students and teachers. Following elites teachers,young people can advance to the front of science,and gain a high-level research training. The possible outcome of taking elites as teachers is to become elites,too. The existing scientific elites to train future scientific elites can be referred to as another elite education for postgraduates.
