摘要
互联网技术的飞速发展,给组织带来了新特征与管理新问题。从组织战略、协同方式及管理方式等都需要与传统模式的转轨变型。为适应互联网时代组织发展方式,管理者的思维模式及心智模式、领导特质与领导能力界定等方面需要调整。应对互联网变革,领导力发展需要新的趋势与探索:国际化与本土相结合、注重团队领导力、聚焦引导与行动学习技术应用、线上线下混合学习设计以及短平快的结果导向。
The rapid development of internet and information technology has brought new features and management problems to the organization.From the perspective of the organization′s strategy,collaborative model and management pattern need transformation from the traditional model.For the development of internet era,it is necessary to have transformational changes of the thinking pattern and mental model of leaders and definitions of their abilities are needed.To deal with the challenges brought by the internet,leadership development demands more exploration and new trends:integrating localization and internationalization,paying attention to the team leadership,focusing on application of action learning and facilitation skills,blended design of online and offline learning and fast results orientation.
