民办本科高校培养“双创”人才的探索

Exploration on How to Cultivate “Dual Creative”Talents in Private Universities

国内高校在创新创业教育方面进行了诸多探索,经历了不断发展完善的过程,但仍存在创新创业教育理念落后和创新创业教师队伍结构不够合理等问题。民办本科高校多数定位为培养应用型人才,在培养"双创"人才方面既有优势,也有劣势。哈尔滨华德学院在"双创"人才培养上进行了积极的探索与实践。"13473"校园文化体系奠定"双创"基础,"教赛结合"激发"双创"激情,根据行业需求搭建"双创"平台,并广泛开展国际交流与合作。这些措施有力地促进了"双创"人才的培养。

The universities in China have made a great deal of exploration in the education on how to start abusiness creatively, and have undergone the process of continuous development and improvement. Yet there still ex-ist some problems such as the backward ideals in innovation and entrepreneurship, and lack of reasonability in thestructure of teacher team in the process. Private universities mostly orient themselves as cultivating applied talents,so they have both advantages and disadvantages in cultivating ＂dual creative＂ talents. Harbin Huade University hasactively explored the cultivation for ＂dual creative＂ talents together with practice. Its ＂13473＂ campus culture sys-tem has laid the basis for ＂dual creative＂ education, its ＂education combined with competition＂ has inspired thepassion for ＂dual creative＂ talents, and with the requirement of the industry, the ＂dual creative＂ platform has beenset up in the campus. The university also carries out international communication and cooperation. These methodshave effectively promoted the cultivation of ＂dual creative＂ talents.
