民办本科院校创新创业大赛现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest in Private Universities

近年来,各类创新创业大赛迅猛发展,为大学生创新创业能力的培养提供了平台。通过访谈和案例调查发现,民办本科院校创新创业大赛存在学生参与度不高、大赛成果质量有待提高等四个问题。从原因上看,主要是大赛评判机制、学校的管理机制、企业参加度不高、学生自身等因素。建立和完善学校的创新创业管理机制、强化参赛团队的建设和运营机制等方法可有效解决上述问题。

In recent years, various kinds of contests about innovation and entrepreneurship develop rapidly, andthus provide the platform for university students to improve their ability in innovation and entrepreneurship. Yet afterour interviews and cases study, it is discovered that there exist some problems in innovation and entrepreneurshipcontests in private universities：the degree of participation on the students＇ part is not high enough, and the qualityof contests＇ achievement should be improved etc. The reason of these problems mainly lies in these factors ： the con-test judging mechanism,the school＇ s management mechanism, the low degree of participation on the enterprise＇ spart, and problems on students themselves etc. So in order to effectively solve the above problems, it is necessary toset up and improve the school＇ s management mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthen the con-struction of competition teams and the operation mechanism etc.
