福建省建瓯市国土资源管理与生态文明建设研究

Study on Land and Resource Management and Construction of Ecological Civilization of Jian'ou City,Fujian Province

国土是生态文明建设的空间载体,国土资源管理部门在生态文明建设中重任在肩。本文以福建省建瓯市为例,从编制土地利用总体规划、优化土地利用、大力实施土地整治、加强地质环境保护等四个方面探索国土资源管理在生态文明建设中发挥作用的途径。

The land of a country is where ecological civilization construction is implemented, so land and resource management departments have great responsibilities in ecological civilization construction. This paper, takes Jian＇ ou City as an example, explores how land and resource management is working in ecological civilization construction from four aspects, which are the overall plan for the preparation of land use, optimizing the land use, the implementation of land consolidation and strengthening the protection of geological environment.
