摘要 作为人体内重要的两大器官,心脏与肝脏是相互影响的,心脏疾病可以导致肝脏病变,肝脏疾病也可以导致心脏病变。文章分别就心源性肝病及肝硬化性心肌病的临床特点、病理生理机制及国内外新近临床研究进行综述。 As the important organs of human body,there is a mutual interaction between the function of the heart and the liver,which can be classified into heart diseases affecting the liver,liver diseases affecting the heart.In this paper,we summarize the clinical feature,pathologic physiology mechanism and recent research at home and abroad of cardiac hepatopathy and cirrhotic cardiomyopathy,respectively.
