Effects of Acupoint Pressure and Abdominal Massage on Patients After Artificial Abortion

目的探讨穴位按压配合腹部按摩在人工流产术后的应用效果。方法选取2012年5月至2013年1月就诊于广东省妇幼保健院要求行人工流产手术且符合纳入排除标准的患者作为研究对象。依据就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组在人工流产术后接受穴位按压及腹部按摩,对照组术后卧床休息,未行任何干预。于术前时以及术后24时分别以健康状况问卷(SF-36)测量患者的生存质量状况,用世界卫生组织疼痛标准测量患者术后疼痛情况。结果术前,对照组与治疗组在量表各维度得分均无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后,除总体健康、社会功能两个维度外,量表其余维度的得分治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的术后疼痛情况较对照组轻(P<0.001)。结论穴位按压配合腹部按摩能有效减轻患者人工术后疼痛,并提高患者术后生存质量。

Objective To explore the effects of acupoint pressure combined abdominal massage on patients after artificial abortion. Methods Patients who asked for artificial abortion were recruited during May 2012- January 2013 in Guangdong women and children hospital. The patients were randomly allocated into control group and treatment group. The patients in treatment group received acupoint pressure combined abdominal massage after artificial abortion,while the control group just had bed rest. The quality of life of all patients was evaluated before and after artificial abortion with SF- 36. The pain syndrome was assessed with the pain standard of the World Health Organization after artificial abortion. Results Before artificial abortion,there was no statistical significant difference of subscale scores between treatment group and control group（ P〉 0. 05）. Except for the General Health and Social Functioning subscale scores,the other subscale scores in treatment group after artificial abortion were significantly higher than scores in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compare to the control group,the pain that patients in treatment group suffered was significantly alleviated after artificial abortion. Conclusion Acupoint pressure and abdominal massage can alleviate the pain after artificial abortion and improve the patients’ quality of life.
