摘要
当前,全国多地地市级公立医院实施了"药品零差价"改革,并配套实施物价、医保、财政等补偿机制。采取何种更为有效的财政补偿方式是当前市级公立医院综合改革中急需探索的问题之一。文章介绍了试点地市级公立医院"药品零差价"下"以奖代补"补偿方式的具体做法与实践体会,为其他地市公立医院综合改革提供参考依据。
At present,most of city- level public hospitals have implemented of the reform about " zero price difference for drug sale" and compensation mechanism of price,medical insurance and finance. Which one is the most effective way of financial compensations is urgently needed to explore in the current comprehensive reform of city- level public hospitals. This article introduces practices and experiences of compensation mode which reward instead of compensation under the reform policy of zero price difference for drug sale in expectation of providing reference for other cities.
