病案质量对医疗纠纷的鉴定起着举足轻重的作用,能有效地维护医患双方的合法权益。切实可行的举措包括:医院高度重视病案工作;院、科各级管理组织采取三级质量控制负责制;增强医务人员法律法规意识及与患者交流沟通的能力、建立健全病案管理制度等,从而有效提高病案质量,防范医疗纠纷,创建和谐医疗环境。
Medical record quality plays an important role in identification of medical disputes,which can effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. Practical measures include: hospital attaches great importance to the medical record; All departments at all levels adopt three- level quality control responsibility system; Hospital should strengthen the consciousness of medical personnel related laws and regulations,and communicate with the patient and improve the medical record management system to create a harmonious medical environment.
