摘要
护士分层级管理是一种适合现阶段要求的护理模式,助理护士处于护士分层中的最初层级,人员易流失,为保障助理护士队伍的稳定,提高其专业水准,采取了相应干预措施,取得了较好效果。
Currently,stratified nursing management is the more appropriate nursing management mode. Assistant nurse is the most basic level. Therefore,the assistant nurse group is usually unstable. In order to keep assistant nurse team stable and improve their skill set,we implement intervene management and received good result.
